Police are investigating a hate attack in which a worker at an Israeli cosmetics stall was covered with a suspicious liquid.
The teenager was working on the Kedem outlet in Glasgow’s St Enoch Centre when the incident occurred on October 25.
She did not suffer serious injury when the “burning” chemical was thrown over her by a gang of youths.
Greek-born Iona Georgianna, 18, told the Scottish Sun that she feared her face was “melting” during the attack.
The Israeli firm has been targeted by protesters since the Gaza conflict in July and August.
