Twice this past week Muslims in France drove cars into crowds. Authorities said both events were isolated incidents and not terror attacks, committed by crazy people and not by people holding an extremist Muslim ideology.
But, it now turns out that authorities also turned to Jewish institutions and warned them that Jewish worshipers leaving synagogues or community events might be the target of the next 'isolated incident', even if they're committed by nuts and not by Muslim terrorists.
The Jewish community is expected to shoulder the cost for the extra security measures.
