Germany: Berlin community newsletter now sent in unmarked envelopes

The Jewish community in Berlin sends it 10,000 members a monthly newsletter titled "jüdisches berlin" (Jewish Berlin).

Starting this month, the newsletter is being sent out in unmarked envelopes, so as not to 'out' the recipients as Jewish, and to prevent harassment against them.

This step was taken after consultations with the Berlin police and the local Jewish security service.
