Italy: "The fact that the PM's economic adviser is a Jew says it all about who's in control of this country"

Ciro Calemme is the director of Aspem Reti, which manages municipal gas and water in the town of Varese.

In a Facebook post he wrote: "The fact that [prime minister Matteo] Renzi's economic adviser is a Jew (Yoram Gutgeld) says it all about who's in control of this country... revolution!"

Calemme quickly removed the post.  Renzi's party, the Democratic Party, is demanding his resignation.


This story is from two weeks ago,and I didn't find any further updates.  Calemme claimed he meant to write it in a private conversation.
