Germany: Anti-Semitic aggression in Berlin subway

Der Tagespiel reports that a young man traveling on the subway was asked  by a stranger whether he was Jewish,.

He replied that he was Jewish - although he is not - and the man punched him.   The victim suffered light bruises to his face but refused medical assistance.  He went with a friend who witnessed the incident to the police.

The aggression happened on Sunday at around 6.30 a.m. when the 25-year old got off the train at the Hallesches Tor station in Berlin.
