RIAS:
A Jewish student was denied a seat on the S-Bahn in Berlin due to her magen-david necklace.
Two women saw her, noticed her necklace, then put their bags on the empty seats next to them, to prevent her from seating. They also expressed their hate towards her.
The other passengers studiously ignored what was going on and looked at the floor or window.
The victim says she experiences such negative experiences when her magen-david is visible. She usually hides it with a scarf but forgot to do so that day.
