In 2014, EZ Trader, an Israeli company owned by Shimon Citron, signed a sponsorship agreement with Feyenoord Rotterdam.
Citron was invited as an honored guest to a game, where he heard fans shouting "Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the gas".
Though the sponsorship deal was for three years, Citron decided he can't support such a team and wanted to void the deal. The Dutch Football Association set up an arbitration committee between the two sides.
During arbitration, Feyenoord claimed that the chanting was not antisemitic, but rather anti-Ajax (the rival Amsterdam team sees itself as 'Jewish').
