France: Paris house marked "Jew" in Place Saint-Michel area

Sinister warning.  House marked with the inscription "JEW" and a Star of David. Where?  Near Place Saint-Michel ( 29 rue Saint-André des Arts ), not a "banlieue" not a no-go zone.
