Netherlands: Girl sentenced to community service for threatning to stab Jewish classmate

A 14 year old girl from Hillegom (Western Netherlands) was sentenced to community service for threatening a Jewish classmate.  The girl was sentenced to 50 hours, 30 of which are suspended.

The girl has sent a picture of a swastika to various classmates saying a certain classmate should be stabbed because she's Jewish.

The girl was punished both at home and at school, but the prosecution decided that this was a judicial case as well.

The Jewish victim has meanwhile changed school.
