Norway: Debate about missionizing Jews
Recently, a debate started up in Dagen, a Christian paper, about missionizing Jews - is it a religious requirement or not?
John Skåland wrote that is it not a requirement to missionize Jews.
This opinion was slammed by Asbjørn Berland. Berland think that 'replacement theology' is misunderstood and cannot be blamed for the persecution of Jews throughout the centuries. After all, millions of Christians believe in it today, and they do not hate or dislike Jews. In fact, they want to missionize Jews because they love them so much. According to Berland, the most loving thing a Christian can do for a Jew, is to convince them to become Christian.
