Sweden: The blood libel, still alive in the 21st century

From an anonymous comment on an antisemitism story in the news:

Ten years ago I sat for breakfast at a hotel in Sweden.  With me were the Swedish host and another client from Greece.  Somehow, talk turned to Judas Iscariot and from there to how Jews use blood for various purposes.

I snickered and said there's no such thing.  Both of them answered me that either I don't know, or I'm hiding.


The commentator adds that he's still in good relations with both people.
