Rally Against the Anti-Semitic BDS-Masquerade "Israeli Apartheid Week"

From the 6th to the 12th of March, the international “Israeli Apartheid Week” will take place in Vienna.

Behind the supposedly serious examination of the ambivalent situation of the Palestinians hides an international network of political and religious anti-Zionist groups, aiming for the delegitimation of the Jewish state.

At first glance, the organization “BDS-Austria” (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) may appear to be an independent NGO. However, regarding their online presence, they are coordinated by the “Palestinian National Council”. Which includes, among others, the "Islamic Resistance Movement", the radical Islamist terrorist organization "Hamas", the "Islamic Jihad in Palestine" and the "Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP)".

As in the previous year, the Austrian branch of the BDS plans to organize a number of dubious events labeled “Israeli Apartheid Week”, operating the systematic defamation of Israel. These events, as held in the past, may include performances with blood-stained child actors, showing alleged massacres of Palestinian children, perpetrated by men with brassards showing the Star of David, attempting to visualize the anti-Semitic slogan “Kindermörder Israel!” (“Child-murderer Israel!”). The continuous insinuation of intended infanticide by the Israeli army provokes affective reactions and frees classical anti-Jewish stereotypes from its taboos.
