Via Europe-Israel (h/t CFCA): Graffiti glorifying the terrorist Mohamed Merah was found on a wall in the city of Toulouse. The graffiti says "Mohamed Merah" and "F**k France and Israel".
The graffiti also insults the police and the mayor. Police say there are increasing tensions in the city between gangs and law-enforcement.
