France: Neighbors oppose planned synagogue due to terrorism risk

The new synagogue in Perpignan is facing a legal battle.  Several of the neighbors say the synagogue does not conform to all building regulations and might pose a terrorism risk.

The Jewish community rejects the accusations and says that the new synagogue would allow the local Jews to pray at a more secure location.
