UK: "No Jews on the moor" vandalism

Via North Devon Journal (h/t CFCA):
RESIDENTS in a small village on the outskirts of Lynton have been left shocked after a baby-changing unit was covered in anti-Semitic graffiti.

Carolynn Gold made the "abhorrent" discovery while carrying out routine checks on the public toilets in Barbrook earlier this month.

Written on the inside of the baby-changing unit in black permanent market she discovered the words "No Jews on the moor No Jews" as well as a number of swastika-like symbols.

In a post on Facebook, Carolynn said: "There is something so hideous about this - an abhorrent message lurking hidden on equipment that's only occasionally used for babies, the most innocent and vulnerable among us.

"I was shocked – it felt quite visceral, almost an assault – and I imagine many people would feel the same."

The toilets were save in 2013 after residents form a charitable trust to run the building, which also includes a community and information room.

Since then, the building has been targeted with anti-Semitic graffiti on three separate occasions.  more
