Tobias Binns, 35, was sentenced to three-and-a-half years over the break-in at the property on Southlands Avenue, Moortown, and his behaviour during a disturbance at the Bierkeller, in Leeds city centre.

Police were called and Binns made foul-mouthed anti-Semitic comments towards one of the officers. He was found in possession of a small amount of cannabis.
