The Jewish Chronicle reports:
A Conservative Jewish MP in the last Parliament will not attend any
hustings held by local faith groups because of "security concerns".
Lee Scott, who is defending a majority of more than 5,000 in his
Ilford North constituency in Essex, declined to go into further detail. Mr Scott has spoken in the Commons of several death threats he
received over the course of last year. During his election campaign five
years ago, an anonymous group circulated leaflets branding him an
"enemy of Muslims". More.
