JSS News reports that two young religious Jews were attacked on Wednesday evening in Marseilles.
One victim indicated that the incident occurred when they were on their way home after levaing a synagogue. Both were wearing a kippah.
They were approached by two youths they describe as being of African origin. They shouted abuse and death threats: "Dirty Jews we will exterminate all of you and fuck you all!"
The assailants stole a cell phone and beat them before fleeding the scene.
One of the young Jewish men filed a complaint and provided a medical certificate to back it up. He claims he would be able to recognize his attackers. The second victim has not dared to file a complain.
